about Me

I started SHIFT believing that great design should permeate all aspects of business practice. And marketing research is no exception.

With 20 years of research experience, I’ve developed a solid foundation in methodology and analysis, and have combined this with an eye for design. My goal is to provide quality and insightful research with character. Creativity is key and my philosophy is centered around designing research that people want to read, not have to read.

Design

When you want to improve the look and feel of a proposal, report or infographic but don't have the time or budget to explain things to a design firm, I can help. And I work primarily within the MS Office suite.

Reports

Reporting starts with questionnaire design; and I’m passionate about that. Taking an understanding of project objectives then developing content that will resonate both from a consumer and client perspective takes skill.

Infographics

Visual summaries that can be distributed to key stakeholders providing a snapshot of research insights. Sounds easy, but figuring out what’s pertinent, how to simplify and communicate it takes years of experience.

Design

I also provide design-related services when you need another approach to visualizations or when you just don’t have the time.
